Michele Andriola is an accomplished percussionist, educator and holistic sound facilitator whose work bridges musical excellence with personal transformation. Classically trained before specialising in jazz percussion, he holds both Bachelor‘s and Master‘s degrees from Italy‘s leading music conservatories, where his postgraduate research explored Spirituality in Jazz.

For over a decade, Michele has performed alongside some of Italy‘s most respected jazz musicians while leading immersive Drum Circle experiences for schools, wellness centres, festivals, retreat spaces and corporate organisations. Trained through the internationally recognised Village Music Circles methodology under Arthur Hull, pioneer of the modern Drum Circle movement, he creates inclusive experiences that inspire connection, creativity and collective wellbeing.

A long-time practitioner of Sri Chinmoy‘s meditation teachings, Michele integrates conscious breathing, deep listening and inner stillness into every session. His work invites participants - regardless of musical experience- to reconnect with themselves and each other through the universal language of rhythm.

Drum Circle

A Drum Circle is a guided, interactive rhythm experience that brings people together through drums and percussion to awaken vitality, encourage authentic expression and cultivate meaningful human connection. No previous musical experience is required. Under Michele‘s expert facilitation, participants naturally learn through play, co-creating rhythms that foster collaboration, emotional release and joyful presence. Suitable for all ages and abilities, each session offers a powerful opportunity to reduce stress, strengthen community and restore inner harmony.

Michele‘s facilitation is based on the internationally recognised Village Music Circles methodology, accredited by the Italian Ministry of Education (MIUR) for its educational value and effectiveness.
